Adventure in LA
Shawn Brady should be having
the time of his life. He’s finally with the girl he loves, after
making several stupid mistakes that almost cost him the love of
his life, he finally has won back -- Belle Black. The only girls
he has ever loved. They should be happy, happier than they’ve
ever been. It’s been two months since they got back together but
moments after they reunited, their friend Chloe Lane passed out
on the dance floor, it turns she has Leukemia, a rare type of
Leukemia and there’s only one doctor that can save her. His name
is Dr. Drake Ramoray. He lives in California but he’s been
missing, no one has been able to get in touch with him.
So here they are: Shawn, Belle, Mimi Lockhart (another good
friend) and Brady Black and Phillip Kiriakis (the two loves of
Chloe’s life) all on a plane to find Dr. Ramoray and save their
friend’s life. Shawn knows what’s at stake but he also knows he
and his friends are all going to find happiness this summer,
especially him and Belle and no matter what adventures lie ahead
he will never let her go again.
Shawn turns to Belle on the plane "What are you thinking
about?" he asks.
"I’m just wondering how we’re going to find this doctor. LA’s
a big town. Shawn what if we don’t find him?" Belle says with
fear in her voice.
"Don’t worry Belle, we’re going to find her I promise you of
that. Whatever it takes. He couldn’t have just disappeared into
thin air and whatever we have to do we’re going to bring him
back to Salem and save Chloe’s life," Shawn says.
"I hope so Shawn. We have to, we can’t lose Chloe. We just
can’t. Shawn, will you just hold me for a while?" Belle asks her
eyes fixated on his.
Shawn looks deep into her blue eyes and kisses her softly on
the cheek, he then reaches for her hand.
"Belle, we’ve been through a lot lately but I know for
everything that we went through, it’s nothing compared to what
Chloe’s going through right now." Shawn says.
Shawn gently caresses Belle’s hair as he continues to tell
how much he loves her.
"Not only are we going to save Chloe but I promise you that
this summer is going to be our summer. Now that I’ve got you
back, I’m never letting you go and we’re going to make the most
of this bad situation. I’m just so glad I have you in my life.
And all our friends, that’s what’s going to get Chloe through
this, We’ll find a way to help her through it, starting with
finding the elusive Dr. Ramoray," Shawn says.
Meanwhile on the flight, Brady sits nervously behind Mimi and
Phillip. Brady’s still baffled by what brought them here in the
first place. Mysterious things have been happening, including
finding a note saying that Dr. Ramoray is in L.A., awaiting
their arrival. He isn’t sure what they will find in L.A. but he
knows they have to find Dr. Ramoray and save Chloe because she’s
the only thing that matters. He knows Chloe’s torn between him
and Phillip but they both agreed to call a truce until Chloe was
out of danger and then eventually she would have to chose and
may the best man win. Right now all that mattered was saving her
life and soon they will do just that.
The five youngsters finally arrived in L.A. , now all they
had to was find the good doctor and bring him back to Salem, but
the five are unaware of the incredible adventure they’re about
to take on.
